If an item is delayed, you will receive an additional shipping confirmation email once the item is available. Please note, you are not charged for an item until you receive your shipping confirmation email.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Once you receive the shipment email your order has been processed successfully.

Due to the popularity of some of our items they do sometimes sell out, but there are often other options you can explore. The product, or the size you’re looking for, maybe available at a later date.
